At present, we are looking to hire a Junior Designer for our Corporate Design & Build projects, with proficiency in Auto CAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up & Enscape and with a great Communication & Presentation Skills.

Qualification : B-Arch only.

Selection Criteria :

Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience in –

• Corporate Interior Test-Fit Layouts.
• Concept Design Presentation.
• GFC Drawings Preparation.
• Vendor Management.
• Materials Mock-up.
• Site Coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• The candidate might have to work under very stringent timeline for pitch projects and on project deliverable.
• The candidate will work in tandem with different groups of designers, project managers and QS so as to ensure smooth project design delivery.
• The candidate will work toward the successful design transformation through construction phase and ensure execution accuracy of design.
• The candidate will attend client and vendor meetings and ensure smooth coordination for transferring the information.
• The candidate will coordinate with vendors for mock up and samples approval.
