A brand-centric material palette was employed to bring the workplace to life through a dynamic interplay of materials, textures, and colors. Muted shades are thoughtfully juxtaposed with brand colors in key areas, striking a balance that enhances serenity and simplicity while fostering creativity.

The ground floor is designed as an one of a kind experience center cum control center, focusing on showcasing the brand to customers. With seamless brand integration and data being collected from all other facilities spread across the country, the space highlights the company’s identity and values while creating an engaging and immersive environment.

The reception space features a warm neutral palette of beige and cream on the walls and flooring, creating a calm and inviting ambiance, while live greenery and moss walls enhance the sense of tranquility and sustainability. Comfortable seating arrangements, including sofas and minimalist tables, are strategically placed for visitors, ensuring a relaxed and welcoming experience. A display on the wall enhances the brand-centric atmosphere, displaying the company’s innovative and technological focus. This thoughtfully designed space perfectly balances sophistication and simplicity, reflecting Syngene’s ethos and creating an inspiring first impression.

The control center is the focal point of the project, designed to support focus and collaboration. A bold circular stretch ceiling, featuring layered concentric rings of acoustic panel with integrated lighting, adds depth and a futuristic appeal while providing uniform illumination. The AV wall, treated with vibrant fluted wooden paneling, houses large high-definition curved video displays, emphasizing the room’s tech-savvy and research-driven purpose. The walls feature patterns in neutral tones, adding elegance and subtle dynamism, while the carpeting in shades of blue and grey, enhances acoustic comfort. The overall design blends functionality and sophistication, creating a contemporary and collaborative environment that reflects Syngene’s commitment to innovation and technology.

Every floor plate houses a small pantry area designed to promote relaxation and informal interactions. The blue accent wall with minimalist artwork adds a playful, modern aesthetic. The opposite side of the floor houses focus pods and meeting pods, with private cabins fostering a collaborative environment, while the boardroom, located beyond the lounge, provides a formal setting for strategic discussions.

The second floor serves as a formal work zone, featuring linear workstations designed for focused tasks. It is complemented by a few huddle rooms for team discussions and phone pods for private conversations, ensuring a balanced mix of productivity and collaboration.
